The UFC light heavyweight belt will be disputed on September 1st, at UFC 151, when the current champion Jon Jones will have to face the experienced and tough Dan Henderson. And who will certainly be watching it closely is Lyoto Machida, who landed a nice punch on Ryan Bader’s face at UFC on Fox 4, knocking him out and getting a new chance at the title.

“I believe in myself to beat him up”, said Lyoto, confident, analyzing a possible rematch with Jones, during the post-fight press conference of UFC on Fox 4.
“He’s unpredictable. He comes different each time. Sometimes he kicks and sometimes he punches. I gotta train more Wrestling. My last camp for Jon Jones was good, but I gotta improve my Wrestling skills”, concluded Machida.
